FAQ

One-off, subscription, or company — which is yours?

The three ways to use ARBON, and how to migrate between them as your operation grows.

What's the difference between buying one-off hours, subscribing on your own, and having a company plan?
One-off hours are a one-time top-up: only available to existing subscribers who've used up this month's balance, covering an overage without changing your plan. Subscribing on your own is the simplest way to get continuous access, in your own name, starting at 30h/month. A company plan comes in when more than one recruiter needs access to the same account, with centralized billing and higher volume — usually the natural next step once an individual operation grows.
Is it worth buying one-off hours every month instead of subscribing to more hours?
Usually not. One-off hours exist to cover an unusual month, not to be your standard way of using the Platform. If you're buying extra hours regularly, that's a sign your operation has outgrown the minimum — in that case, moving up a tier in your subscription is cheaper and more predictable than topping up with one-off hours every month.
How does migrating from an individual subscription to a company plan work?
It's straightforward: talk to our team, no need to create a new account or lose your history — reports, candidates, and settings stay exactly where they are. Migrating usually makes sense as soon as more than one person on your team needs access to the analyses, since a company plan works out cheaper per person than maintaining separate individual subscriptions.
My company already has a plan — can I still subscribe on my own?
You can, but it usually doesn't pay off: if your company is already an ARBON client, the simplest and cheapest path is asking your account admin to add you as a user on the existing plan, instead of keeping a separate individual subscription. Subscribing on your own makes the most sense when you operate independently, with no client company behind you.
